Home-Tec was set up by Niz in 2005 & he is still very hands on, A passionate Handyman with a great work ethic...... if a jobs worth doing , it`s worth doing right..... the first time, for a fair price!
He has the attitude that without the right customer relations the business is nothing.

This attitude continues right through to completion.
He will explain things in real understandable english not “strange” tradesmans talk.
His estimates are precise, fully detailed & easy to understand. These can be emailed or posted to the customer.
All handyman work is carried out by selected employees that have the same attitude & ethic as himself.
The Customers property is No 1, First things out the van are the dust sheets!
Home-Tec also works with other experts in their own fields where required.
Any work involving gas is carried out by a fully qualified, experienced & registered CORGI Gas fitter
Major electrical work is carried out by a SELECT Registered Electrician fully certified to 17th Edition requirements.
We can also provide a specially selected fully, experienced plasterer, painter & decorator & glazier if the job requires.

What we do:
Tiling:
Strip off existing tiling, make good walls as required.
Supply & fix all kind of wall & floor tiles from Ceramic & Mosaic to Travertine & Marble.
Clean up & re-grout where possible.
Strip sealant from baths & showers & reseal with sanitary silicone.
Supply & fit bath screens
Joinery:
Supply & fit laminate flooring
Fit blinds & curtain tracks
Fit internal & external doors.
Repair sash cords.
Fit loft door/ladder.
Insulate & floor loft.
Line cupboards & Install shelving.
Supply & erect garden sheds & Green houses.
Install kitchens Including worktops with scribing butt joints.
Build from scratch `Built-in wardrobes`.
Install garden decking & fencing.
Plumbing:
From something as small as Repair leaking taps to Installing complete bathroom suites.
Plumb in washing machines/dishwashers.
Mend leaking radiators.
Install new internal and external taps.
Cistern repairs and replacement.
Fit shower systems
General:
Change Light fittings, Supply & fit smoke & CO2 Alarms.
Mount TV Brackets & Plasma screens.
Clean out gutters.

We will come & visit your property, look at it as if we were a prospective buyer & point out any work that we feel would help get it ready for re-sale.
There is a charge of £30.00 +VAT Refundable on any work carried out.
How We Work:
At Home-Tec we understand the busy lives of our customers, after the initial contact either by Phone or Email info@hometecuk.com we will arrange to come & visit your property at a mutually convenient time (usually evenings) to have a chat & see exactly what work you require to be carried out.
This is done so on work day you don’t have any financial surprises, we then send you a fully detailed quote explaining in plain English the cost of the work involved Inc VAT & materials.
You are free to supply your own materials but sometimes it`s easier for us to bring them with us to save you time.
If you have a very small job we feel can be completed within 1 hour there is a minimum charge of £30.00 + VAT these can usually be carried out without a site visit.
After the quote has been confirmed a date & time is set up for the work to be carried out.
We can arrange to collect your spare keys prior to work day if this is suitable, we work with you around start times, if you need to get off to work or drop the kids off, that`s no problem we will be there to suit your times wherever possible.
If at any time during the project we come across anything that may alter the cost of the initial quote we will tell you imediatly & give you a verbal estimate & you are free to accept or decline this.
On satisfactory completion, we can settle the bill on site with cash or cheque or a fully detailed VAT invoice can be sent & a BACS payment made.
We don’t say “if we don’t do the job right the first time, we will come back & do it again for free”........ We do it right the first time!
